What To Expect.

Have you ever been hungry? When I was a teenager, I had serious problem. I ate constantly. My hunger was like a raving monster that needed to be satisfied. Granted, I was a teenage boy, and this is a common problem. My mother used to say (in her mom voice), "Ryan you are going to eat me out of house and home." Maybe you have heard this phrase before.  As one grows out of the teenage growth years the appetite usually slows, but not for me. I continued to eat like I was burning 9000 calories an hour, of course I was not. Needless to say this raving monster was in control.  I was constantly hungry. Years later I can still pack away some food, but I also learned that I was trying to fill a void, the abyss in my stomach. When we have a need our body naturally tries to find ways to fill that need.

Over the years I have found that many people, myself included, feel like we need more. Not more stuff, but more depth, more fulfillment. I have found that the answer to this problem is simple, but not always easy. My goal is to help you find the direction you need. Hopefully you already know this, but perhaps you don't, and it's ok. However,  you will not find your direction, your answers, your deep fulfillment on this or any other blog. Hopefully here you will find something that will guide you in that direction.

Walk with me, as we journey together. Find your epic walk, your epic life. There was a saying long ago, a man by the name of Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life."  Now I don't know you, or what you have been through. I don't know if you are even a Christian. But I will tell you this, Jesus had a lot of great things to say. As a Pastor I have found great peace in building my walk with Him. In this blog, you will find tools daily to guide you in your epic walk. We will have daily homework. You will also find posts like this on a regular basis, that will hopefully inspire you to search, to seek and to find what you have a always been looking for.  I look forward to this walk with you. I hope you do too. Below is a link that will lead you to the daily walk, which is a daily devotional. The devotional includes suggested activities that will help you walk with God. Usually a new post is put up at 4 AM every morning.
